Vulnerable Witness Sexual Offences and Child Cases Training Course

A project to develop training for those appearing in sexual abuse cases. This arises out of the high profile failures of a number of serious sexual grooming trials where, it was said, a combination of improper defence tactics and inadequate judicial control led to the collapse of the trial and to witnesses being abused.
