Applying Article 2 to Inquests

A project to educate lawyers on the applicability of Article 2 (Right to Life) to a much broader range of cases which will result in – more cases achieving far reaching inquests including in front of a jury; increased access to legal aid funding; more likelihood of policy recommendations to prevent further deaths.
