This work is primarily focused on analysis of the components that will go into a future sustainable business plan:
- User base analysis
- Initial review of objectives and agree scope
- Conduct stakeholder interviews/workshop
- Conduct survey of users
- User base improvements
- Analyse user base and results of survey
- Estimate the value of user improvements identified
- Initial report to LEF
- Income potential
- Assess CSR/voluntary income potential from commercial user base
- Consider other potential income sources
- Policy Environment
- Analysis of the threat from policy changes
